Well...Not an overwhelming success in terms of net poundage off the body, but in a week of multiple reasons for water retention, ANY loss can be considered a victory:
Net loss this week is only half a pound, but I'll take it. I rode my bike 40+ miles 4 different times this week, so my leg muscles had a lot of repairing to do, and then there's good old A.F. I've stuck to the SSHE plan pretty well, and only gave in to monthly chocolate cravings once or twice. Here's the mileage update:
I'll have to do some good weekend rides to make up what I missed by not being able to ride last week, but I'm getting there!
