Large Fella on a Bike

This guy is truly inspiring. He started off over 3 years ago at over 500 lbs. He lived on the East Coast, found a bike shop here in Minneapolis that would work with him to build a specially reinforced bike, and gradually pedaled his fat ass off, one city block at a time. He even moved his family all the way here to the Twin Cities in order to live in a more bike friendly place. Click over to his blog to read more.
